1)      We will once again be adding a 3^rd weekly practice on Thursday’s this year, which we will be taking advantage of.  NOTE: It will not be all Thursday’s, but it will be most.   All Thursday’s are already noted on the practice schedule.  Keep in mind, coaches will meet with athletes at their first practice to determine the 2 nights the team will practice, with the 3^rd night being an optional date (which we will highly encourage attendance).

2)      Returning this season--  Our goal is to offer more specialized positional and situational training to our young athletes.  To accomplish this, we will be inviting other coaches, varsity players, and others to help give your girls another perspective and training style in some of our practices.  We will provide details of these opportunities throughout the season on the website. 

3)   Athletes competing at the 13's level and up will no longer be taking part in the Midwest Volleyball Warehouse tournaments.  We will be participating in tournaments outside of the warehouse this season.  These dates will be selected by coaches once teams are determined.
